Whether you need meals that are gym-approved or wanting lean meals full of healthy ingredients or just prefer to pick up your main dish in bulk, we have an option to suit your needs.

The Gym Plan

Our Gym Plan comes with your choice of either 5 days or 7 days of gym-approved meals including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for each of those days. This is the easiest way to stay on track with nutrition and feel great while training!

Lean Meals

Lean, healthy meals with fresh ingredients, prepped and ready to eat include 5 oz. of protein and a green vegetable. See vegetable choices on each week’s menu.

Bulk Food Items

Order items from this week’s menu a la carte by the pound, to get as much as you need for your group.

Snacks

In addition to healthy meals, we offer delicious, healthy snacks including items such as freshly made trail mix, fat bombs and energy bites; perfect for when you need a little treat and also want to stay on a healthy eating track.

Regular Meals

Regular healthy meals with fresh ingredients, prepped and ready to eat for one or two or for the whole family. Choose the size meal that fits your needs and enjoy:

Micro Size Meals include 3 ounces of protein plus sides.
Regular Size Meals include 5 ounces of protein plus sides.
Family Size Meals include 1 pound of protein plus sides.
