DELIVERY

When do you deliver?

We deliver locally on Monday & Thursday starting at 7p.
Gate code is required to entry, it must be provided by delivery time. If we do not have entry access and you are unresponsive to calls or text, we will wait five minutes, then continue our route, we will not return, and you will be responsible to pick up your meals on a later date.

Where do you deliver?

Mon & Thurs: Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville (West of 35), and Argyle.

Deliveries outside of our delivery area will be delivered by a third party. Additional fees will apply.

What if I am not home?

Please leave a cooler with icepacks, cooler must be big enough to fit all your meals.

ORDERING

When does the new menu come out?

Weekly menu comes out every Sunday.

Do I have to preorder?

We prefer you preorder if you have any food allergies, special requests or want to make sure your favorite meal is available.

What if I need to modify my meals?

We can substitute sides with other sides from this week’s menu, if we receive notice – when you order your meals.

When do I pick up?
  • Pick up Mon-Wed’s meals as early as 5:30pm on Monday. Pick up Thurs-Sat’s meals as early as 5:30pm on Thursday.
  • Pick up of meals also available on any day after Monday or Thursday.
What sizes do you offer?
  • Regular meals are 5 oz. of protein with 2 sides.
  • Micro meal is 3 oz. of protein with 2 sides. Family meal is 1 lb. of protein with 2 sides.
  • Any item on the menu can be purchased by the pound.
What is the deadline?

For guarantee pick up on Monday/Thursday, order by noon on Monday/Thursday.

What if I didn’t place an order?

No worries, we made extras. Stop by and see what is available, no guarantees.

Can meals be frozen?

Although we encourage you to eat the meals fresh. Yes, most of our meals can be frozen, except for salads.

What do I do with the containers?

You can recycle them or reuse them at home.

How do I order?

Use the Order Now button and place your order for as many items from this week’s menu as you would like for the whole week. If you decide they’re so yummy, you need more, you can order again any time.

MY MEALS

What do I do after I receive my meals?

As soon as you receive your order, refrigerate your meals. If you must freeze your meals we recommend thawing them in your refrigerator before reheating.

How many days will the meals last?

You meals can be refrigerated up to 4-5 days in the fridge. After 4-5 days, you can move them to the freezer.

Do you provide macros?

Yes, all macros are posted on our social media page and our website.

How do I heat my meals?

Our containers are microwave safe, not oven or air fryer safe.
To heat, remove sauce container, leave the lid loosely on the container, set your microwave to defrost setting for 3 minutes and start; stir, then add more time as needed to heat through.
